Q: How can we get the price of the shipment?
A: The shipping cost calculation is dependent on the products type(name) ,total weight, Volume (its' size) ,Destination and the Shipping Way (By sea ,railway or by air; Only ship to airport or Door to Door Service).We normally provide you a preference rate firstly,there will be some exact cost or balance after your shipment details( weight, volume loading city and destination city,etc) are settled.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: Our Payment Method: Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union and others.
Q: When shall I pay you?
A: Commonly, for sea freight shipment, you should pay us a week before the departure day; For air freight,you can pay us 3 days before the departure day.
Q: My supplier has no right to export. Can you help me export the goods?
A: Yes, We can buy the export license, finish the custom declaration and arrange shipment for you.
Q: Can you help me inspect our goods?
A: Yes, we can. Pls provide detailed requirements for the inspection to us.
Q: Can you help pick up our goods from the inland of China?
A: Yes, we can. Pls offer the detailed address for pick-up. we also can pick up from different suppliers and combine to one shipment for you.
Q: Can you help do the customs clearance, and deliver the goods from destination port to our warehouse?
A: Yes. We have ddp (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping and we have partner s in oversea ports. Surely we can help you if needed.
